Other publicly listed projects include a development containing 836 homes and 31 shops, as well as another phase consisting of 882 homes and 34 commercial units.

An additional project in the area includes 1,022 homes and 34 shops. Infrastructure, environmental planning and landscaping works are included within the scope of these developments.

Together, the projects represent several thousand new residential units and demonstrate the scale of construction activity being undertaken by the business partnership in Yeşilyurt.

The inclusion of shops and commercial spaces is intended to provide residents with access to essential services within or near the new housing areas.

Housing and commercial units in Battalgazi

The Özülke İnşaat–Maksem Yapı partnership is also involved in residential construction in Malatya’s Battalgazi district.

One of the developments in Bahçebaşı includes 1,050 homes and 20 shops, in addition to infrastructure and environmental planning works.

Another publicly listed phase consists of 1,130 homes and 10 commercial units.

The projects combine residential blocks with roads, utility systems, pedestrian areas and landscaping. This approach is designed to support the development of complete neighbourhoods rather than isolated groups of apartment buildings.

Malatya’s housing projects have gained particular significance because of the extensive reconstruction needs that followed the February 2023 earthquakes.

Large numbers of permanent homes, commercial areas and public facilities are being constructed across the affected provinces as part of efforts to replace damaged housing and establish new residential districts.

Özülke İnşaat’s current presence in Malatya places the company among the contractors participating in this wider reconstruction process.

A 1,005-home development in Aydın Efeler

The partnership’s portfolio also includes a major development in the Savrandere neighbourhood of Efeler, in the western province of Aydın.

The project comprises 1,005 homes, a commercial centre containing 10 shops, a mosque, infrastructure systems and landscaping works.

Public tender information indicates that the construction period was planned as 650 calendar days following the official delivery of the site.

The development is listed in Maksem Yapı’s public project portfolio as a joint undertaking with Özülke İnşaat.

As with the companies’ projects in Malatya, the Aydın development combines housing with commercial and social facilities.

The presence of a commercial centre and mosque within the project reflects a wider planning model in which everyday services are incorporated into the residential area from the construction stage.

Roads, pedestrian routes, utility infrastructure and environmental arrangements are also included in the scope of the work.

Work at Atatürk Airport Nation’s Garden

Özülke İnşaat’s Istanbul portfolio includes work associated with the Atatürk Airport Nation’s Garden and its social facilities.

Public records indicate that a contract was signed with Özülke İnşaat for completion works involving social facilities, infrastructure and environmental arrangements within the large public recreation project.

Unlike several of the company’s mass housing developments, this project was listed under Özülke İnşaat’s own name rather than the joint venture with Maksem Yapı.

The work demonstrates the company’s involvement in projects beyond residential construction.

Atatürk Airport Nation’s Garden is planned as a large public green and recreation area incorporating landscaping, walking areas, social facilities and supporting infrastructure.
