ISTANBUL, TURKEY —  Emirates, one of the world's largest international airlines, has announced a series of recruitment events across three major Turkish cities to find new talent for its multinational cabin crew team.

The Dubai-based carrier will host "invitation-only" assessment days in Izmir, Antalya, and Istanbul throughout February and March 2026. The drive is part of the airline's strategy to expand its workforce with candidates capable of meeting its high standards of safety and hospitality.

Recruitment schedule and application process

According to the airline's announcement, the recruitment drive will kick off in Izmir on February 2, 2026, followed by an event in Antalya on February 4, 2026. The final leg of the Turkish recruitment tour will take place in Istanbul on March 16, 2026.

Candidates interested in joining the airline must submit their applications online prior to these dates. The events are not open walk-ins; only candidates who have been shortlisted and received a formal invitation will be admitted to the interview process.

Safety and service standards

Emirates has emphasized that safety remains its top priority. Consequently, the airline is looking for candidates who possess leadership qualities and the ability to manage aircraft services alongside critical safety and security procedures.

Beyond operational safety, the airline is seeking individuals passionate about delivering the personalized, world-class hospitality for which the brand is known. Successful candidates will undergo intense training at Emirates' state-of-the-art aviation academy in Dubai.

Global network and operations in Turkey

The selected crew members will join a diverse international team working on a modern fleet of 261 wide-body aircraft, flying to over 140 destinations across six continents.

Emirates has a long-standing relationship with the Turkish market, having operated flights to the country for 38 years. Currently, the airline operates 21 weekly flights from Istanbul to Dubai, offering connections to its extensive global network. The carrier utilizes a mix of aircraft on this route, including the Airbus A380, Boeing 777, and the next-generation Airbus A350 featuring Premium Economy class.
