Hacı Hasan Oğulları, established in 1970 by Hacı Zeki Aktaş in a modest workshop in Bursa, has evolved into a global ambassador for Turkish gastronomy, exporting to 50 countries across five continents.
With over half a century of experience, the company produces 200 varieties of baklava, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern hygiene standards. Moving from a single workshop to a corporate structure in 1995 and expanding its branch network in 2005, the firm now operates seven branches offering a wide range of products from pastries to kebabs.
Premium ingredients and craftsmanship
The company attributes its success to an uncompromising commitment to quality. Avoiding additives and glucose, Hacı Hasan Oğulları sources only domestic, premium ingredients: pistachios from Antep, walnuts from the foothills of Mount Uludağ, flour and sugar from Konya, and butter from the Southeast Anatolia region.
Despite technological advancements, the firm prioritizes hand-rolled dough to ensure the perfect texture. The company emphasizes that mastering the art of baklava requires at least 10 years of training, a standard maintained by their master chefs.
Diverse product range
Catering to diverse palates, the company offers traditional favorites like Walnut and Pistachio Baklava alongside modern interpretations such as Cold Baklava (Soğuk Baklava), Mussel Baklava (Midye), and Milky Nuriye.
Conducting R&D studies to meet European standards, Hacı Hasan Oğulları continues its mission to introduce the authentic taste of Turkish baklava to every continent on the globe.
