Russian drones target Mykolaiv after crossing from Kherson
Ukraine's Air Force reports Russian UAVs crossing from Kherson into the Mykolaiv region, moving toward the city center as air alerts were triggered.

MYKOLAIV, UKRAINE — The Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Russian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) crossed from the Kherson region into Mykolaiv, moving toward the city center.
The air alert, declared late Sunday evening, highlights the continuing threat of drone strikes targeting urban centers across southern Ukraine. Citizens were advised to remain in shelters until further notice.
UAVs Advance Toward Regional Center
According to official reports issued at 21:03 yesterday, enemy UAVs entered the Mykolaiv regional airspace from the direction of occupied Kherson. An air alert had already been officially declared at 20:57.
In a follow-up report at 23:47, military officials confirmed that the drones were advancing directly toward the Mykolaiv administrative center. Air defense units remain active in the area to intercept the incoming threats.
